Established in March 1997, Global Insurance Company (S.C.) is a private insurance company providing general insurance services through its branch network across Ethiopia.

Available Positions

1. Junior Underwriting Officer
2. Accountant
3. Finance and Investment Department Manager

1. Junior Underwriting Officer

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have a BA Degree in one of the following fields:

• Management
• Accounting
• Economics
• Statistics
• Mathematics
• Or a related field

Work Experience

• No prior work experience is required.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Accounting Software (ACCPAC or Core Insurance Solution).
• Knowledge of Insurance Accounting and IFRS Reporting.

Duty Station

• Addis Ababa

2. Accountant

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.

3. Finance and Investment Department Manager

Educational Qualification

• BA Degree in Accounting.

Work Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial position.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Accounting Software (ACCPAC or Core Insurance Solution).
• Knowledge of Insurance Accounting and IFRS Reporting.
