1. Customer Service Officer III
Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Salary: As per the Bank Scale
Minimum Requirements:
- BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant banking operations experience
2. Senior Cybersecurity Officer
Location: Head Office
Salary: As per the Bank Scale
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc Degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Science
- Certification in ethical hacking or related fields is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
3. Manager – Branch Operations and Customer Accounts
Location: Head Office
Salary: As per the Bank Scale
Minimum Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
4. Manager – Finance and Accounts

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
5. Manager – Partnership and Equity Mobilization
Location: Head Office

Minimum Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or related business fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in marketing and relationship management
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
6. Manager – Digital Banking

Minimum Requirements:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, or related business fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
