Position: Graduate Product Advocacy & Sales Associate
Job Summary
This entry‑level role offers training, performance incentives, and career development opportunities. Associates will promote EthSwitch products, conduct awareness campaigns, and support customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote IPS products through field visits, presentations, events, and social media
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers and merchants
- Conduct product demonstrations and awareness campaigns
- Meet assigned sales and volume targets
- Maintain relationships with financial institutions, merchants, and stakeholders
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, sales, and follow‑ups
- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches
- Represent EthSwitch professionally with ethical communication and neat appearance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, and product promotion
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within assigned areas
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, digital communication tools)
- Fluency in Amharic, Oromifa, Somali, or Tigrigna
