1. Customer Service Officer I
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience for BA degree holders or 4 years of experience for Diploma holders.
- Experience in a Microfinance Institution is preferred.

- Afan Oromo language proficiency is mandatory.
2. Anti-Corruption Officer
Educational Qualification
- LLM or LLB Degree in Law.
Work Experience
