About EthSwitch

EthSwitch is Ethiopia's National Switch, owned by public and private banks operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia, Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), Payment Instrument Issuers (PIIs), and Payment Service Operators (PSOs).

The organization plays a central role in the country's financial and digital payment infrastructure. Its key mandates include:

  • Establishing interoperability between financial institutions.
  • Implementing the domestic payment scheme.
  • Providing a National Payment Gateway.

1. Graphics Design

Educational Qualification

  • BSc Degree in Graphics Design or a related field of study.

Work Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A Master's Degree is an added advantage.

Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or field operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Experience managing large, geographically distributed field teams or merchant-facing teams is preferred.
  • Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or telecommunications is an advantage.

Terms of Employment

  • Fixed-term contract for one year.
