Open Positions
1. IT Applications Executive (Addis Ababa)

Education: BA in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: ~4 years in IT applications, ERP support, or system administration.

Key Skills: Microsoft 365 Admin Center, SAP Business One support, business process automation, basic programming knowledge.
2. Fireman (Dukem)
-
Education: Diploma/Grade 12; technical certificate in Boiler Operations or Heat Treatment preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in furnace firing or boiler operations (steel/heavy industry preferred).

Key Skills: Industrial burners, fuel systems, temperature/pressure monitoring, emergency shutdown procedures.
3. Accountant (Dukem)

Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years, ideally in manufacturing/industrial settings.

Key Skills: Cost accounting, IFRS, tax compliance, ERP systems (Peachtree/Sage/SAP), advanced Excel.
4. Import Officer (Addis Ababa)

Education: BA in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in import/export operations (manufacturing preferred).

Key Skills: Incoterms 2020, Ethiopian customs/banking procedures, eSW system, shipment tracking, costing.
5. Supply Chain Manager (Addis Ababa)

Education: Master’s or BA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.

Experience: 7–10 years in supply chain/logistics, including 3+ years managerial (manufacturing/heavy industry preferred).

Key Skills: ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), international trade, lean manufacturing, inventory control, strategic procurement, leadership.
