Position: Global Graduate – Commerce
The Global Graduate Program is a three‑year career fast‑track designed to develop future leaders in Finance, Commerce, and Supply Chain. Graduates will rotate across different functions and geographies, gaining international exposure and leadership skills.
Program Structure

Rotation 1 (6 months): Foundation in Ethiopia – gain functional knowledge and understand operations, strategy, and culture.

Rotation 2 (6 months): Cross‑functional assignment in Ethiopia – broaden perspective across business areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
