About Heineken Ethiopia

Heineken entered the Ethiopian beer market by acquiring Harar and Bedele Breweries, and in 2015 inaugurated the Kilinto Brewery near Addis Ababa with an investment of EUR 310 million. Position: Global Graduate – Commerce

The Global Graduate Program is a three‑year career fast‑track designed to develop future leaders in Finance, Commerce, and Supply Chain. Graduates will rotate across different functions and geographies, gaining international exposure and leadership skills.


Program Structure

  • Rotation 1 (6 months): Foundation in Ethiopia – gain functional knowledge and understand operations, strategy, and culture.
  • Rotation 2 (6 months): Cross‑functional assignment in Ethiopia – broaden perspective across business areas.
  • Rotation 3 (6 months): International assignment – enhance global mindset and adaptability.
  • Landing Role (18 months): Management position in Ethiopia – apply skills in a leadership role.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates (maximum 1 year post‑graduation).
  • Languages: English (essential) + local language.
  • Work Rights: Must have the right to work in Ethiopia.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel and be globally mobile.
