Position: Global Graduate – Finance
The Global Graduate Program – Finance Track is a three‑year career fast‑track designed to develop future leaders in finance. Graduates will rotate across different functions and geographies, gaining international exposure, leadership skills, and strategic insights.
Program Structure

Rotation 1 (6 months): Foundation in Ethiopia – build knowledge in finance and understand operations, strategy, and culture.

Rotation 2 (6 months): Cross‑functional assignment in Ethiopia – broaden perspective across business areas.

Qualifications & Requirements
