Available Positions

1. Technician Electrical
   • Location: Kilinto
   • Job Grade: 7
   • Responsibilities:
     • Execute planned and corrective maintenance safely and on time
     • Troubleshoot breakdowns and provide robust technical solutions
     • Ensure compliance with safety standards (LOTO, HACCP, food safety)
     • Coach and train operators on maintenance activities
     • Register breakdowns in CMMS and participate in root cause analysis (RCFA/BDA)
   • Requirements:
     • BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education
     • 4+ years’ maintenance experience
     • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical machine knowledge
     • Experience with TPM, AM activities, and operator training
     • Proficiency in Windows/Office/Maximo; AutoCAD/P&ID knowledge
     • Certified to work with low voltage

   • Location: Bedele
   • Function: Supply Chain
   • Responsibilities:
     • Execute planned and corrective maintenance safely and on time
     • Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and improve machine performance
     • Support operators with fine‑tuning and change‑over adjustments
     • Prepare lists of critical spare parts and update maintenance standards (HACS)
     • Register work orders in CMMS and participate in RCFA/BDA analysis
     • Organize workplace and tools according to 5S standards
   • Requirements:
     • BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent vocational education
     • 4+ years’ maintenance experience
     • Strong troubleshooting and technical machine knowledge
     • Experience with TPM and AM activities; ability to train operators
     • Proficiency in Windows/Office/Maximo
