We are currently inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following positions:

Position 1: Property Administration Assistant

Education:

• BA in Management OR
• Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV with COC award in Management

Experience:

• BA: Minimum 1 year as Property Administration Assistant or equivalent
• Diploma/TVET: Minimum 2 years as Property Administration Assistant or equivalent

Position 2: Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer II

Education: BSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience:

• 2 years as Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer I or equivalent OR
• 5 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR
• 2 years as Machinery & Equipment Valuation Engineer II or equivalent OR
• 6 years relevant experience

Position 3: Property Valuation Supervisor

Education: BSc in Civil Engineering
Experience:

• 3 years as Senior Property Valuation Engineer or equivalent OR
• 8 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR
• 2 years as Property Valuation Supervisor or equivalent OR
• 9 years relevant experience

Position 4: Head, System Integration Section

Education: BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience:

• 4 years as Senior System Integration Officer or equivalent OR
• 9 years relevant experience in the banking industry OR
• 2 years as Head, System Integration Section or equivalent OR
• 10 years relevant experience

Position 5: Driver

Education:

• TVET 10+2 / Level III Certificate in Auto Mechanics / Automotive
• 3rd Grade Driving License (practical exam required)
• COC award

Experience: Minimum 1 year as Driver or equivalent
