1️⃣ Elevator Technician I

  • Qualification: BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV Certificate with COC in Electricity/Mechanics.
  • Experience: 1 year (BSc) OR 2 years (Diploma/TVET) as Elevator Technician I or equivalent.
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Salary: As per Bank’s scale.

2️⃣ Associate Mechanical Engineer

  • Qualification: BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years as Junior Mechanical Engineer or Associate Mechanical Engineer (banking industry experience preferred).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Salary: As per Bank’s scale.

3️⃣ Associate Electrical Engineer

  • Qualification: BSc in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • Experience: 2 years as Junior Electrical Engineer or Associate Electrical Engineer (banking industry experience preferred).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Salary: As per Bank’s scale.

4️⃣ Manager, Product Development Division

  • Qualification: MA/BA in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • MA: 7–8 years relevant experience (including 1–2 years as Manager or Head of Product Development).
    • BA: 11–12 years relevant experience (including 2–3 years as Manager or Head of Product Development).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Salary: As per Bank’s scale.

5️⃣ Manager, Innovation & Research Division

  • Qualification: MA/MSc/BA/BSc in Management, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • MA/MSc: 7–8 years relevant experience (including 1–2 years as Manager or Head of Innovation & Research).
    • BA/BSc: 11–12 years relevant experience (including 2–3 years as Manager or Head of Innovation & Research).
  • Location: Head Office.
  • Salary: As per Bank’s scale.

6️⃣ Manager, Management Information System Division

  • Qualification: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • MSc: 7 years relevant experience (including 2 years as Head of MIS Section).
    • BSc: 11 years relevant experience (including 3 years as Head of MIS Section).
