1. Customer Service Officer II

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking operations (knowledge of IFB advantageous)
• Duty Stations: Degehabur, Harar, Dire Dawa, Jigjiga

2. Senior Customer Service Officer

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking operations (IFB training certification advantageous)
• Duty Station: Degehabur

3. Branch Operation Supervisor

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in banking operations (knowledge of IFB advantageous)
• Duty Stations: Degehabur, Harar, Dire Dawa

4. Branch Manager

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in banking operations (IFB training certification advantageous)
• Duty Stations: Degehabur, Afdera
