1. Customer Service Officer II

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking operations; knowledge of IFB advantageous
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Mekoy (North Shewa)
