HR Officer

Recruitment by RSSR is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for the position of HR Officer in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The successful candidate will support daily human resource operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, performance management, and HR administration activities.

Job Responsibilities

The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting effective human resource operations, including:

• Supporting recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinating employee onboarding activities and maintaining employee documentation.
• Assisting with attendance and leave administration.
• Supporting performance management activities.
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Preparing HR reports and providing administrative support.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.

Additional Skills and Requirements:

• Knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Proclamation is an advantage.
• Experience working in the ICT industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
