Open Positions

1. Videographer, Cameraman & Editor

Location: Addis Ababa

• Record, edit, and produce high‑quality video content.
• Ensure technical proficiency and visual storytelling standards.
  Qualifications: Certificate or Degree in related field.
  Experience: 5 years (Certificate), 4 years (Degree), 2 years (with relevant specialization).

2. Accountant Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

• Manage cooperative accounting and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and standards.
  Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Cooperative Accounting, or related fields.
  Experience: Minimum 4 years; financial sector experience is a plus.

3. Loan Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

• Assess loan applications and manage member credit services.
• Support SACCO loan portfolio management.
  Qualifications: BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  Experience: Minimum 2 years, with at least 1 year directly related to SACCO sector.

4. Senior Loan Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

• Lead loan processing and portfolio management.
• Supervise junior loan officers and ensure compliance.
  Qualifications: MA with 2 years or BA with 4 years of relevant experience.
  Experience: Financial sector experience is a plus.
