Position Summary

The Junior Booking Agent will work in the call center, handling customer inquiries, bookings, and cancellations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and platform professionally and promptly
• Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications using the reservation system
• Provide accurate service information, pricing, and availability
• Perform data entry and maintain call logs
• Ensure typing speed of 25–35 WPM for efficiency

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Management, Hotel/Tourism Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or Public Administration
• Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates encouraged)
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/booking software
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
