Key Responsibilities

Production Excellence: Work strictly according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Resource Management: Handle and maintain materials, semi‑finished products, fixtures, and equipment properly.

Quality Control: Identify and report technical problems or missing SOP documentation.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in technical training to enhance skills and productivity.

Workplace Standards: Maintain workstation according to 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Professional Conduct: Follow instructions from Team Leaders, Line Leaders, and Production Engineers.

Accountability: Adhere to company rules on punctuality, discipline, and defect management policies.
Job Requirements

Education:
- TVET Level 2, 3, or 4 graduates in Electricity, Automotive Technology, IT, Electronics, or related fields, OR
- Grade 10 or Grade 12 completers.

Age: 18–26 years old.

Experience: Not required.

Soft Skills: Ability to follow instructions, discipline, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
