ILRI is seeking an experienced and visionary Knowledge Management Lead to drive how ILRI curates, synthesizes, publishes, and mobilizes evidence to inform policy, investment, and practice in low‑ and middle‑income countries. This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of science, policy, publishing, and digital innovation, shaping how ILRI presents its science and informs stakeholders under its 2025–2030 strategy.
The position will be based in Addis Ababa and will lead ILRI’s knowledge management functions within the Communications, Advocacy and Knowledge Management (CAKM) team. The post holder will oversee publishing and repository services, strengthen internal knowledge‑sharing practices, and spearhead AI‑enabled approaches to transform how ILRI manages and delivers knowledge at scale.
This position is offered at job level HG 18. It is open to both national and international applicants. The contract is for three years, renewable subject to performance and funding.
