About IPS

Industrial Projects Service (IPS), part of the Industrial Parks Development Corporation, is a premier Ethiopian consultancy and training firm with over 40 years of experience in engineering, technology, business advisory, and management consulting. IPS is seeking 60 recent graduates to join its team for a short-term property inventory project.

Available Positions

IPS is hiring fresh graduates in the following engineering fields:

1. Civil / Construction Engineering – 10 positions
2. Electrical Engineering – 20 positions
3. Mechanical Engineering – 10 positions
4. Sanitary Science / Engineering – 20 positions

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (graduation year 2024 G.C. and above).
• Experience: No prior work experience required.
• Skills: Teamwork, communication, problem-solving.

Contract Details

• Duration: 20 days (short-term project).
• Role: Property inventory work.
• Number of positions: 60 graduates in total.
