Available Positions

1. Programme Support Officer (JLMP)
   • Location: Addis Ababa
   • Contract: Fixed-term (12 months, renewable)
   • Responsibilities: Coordination of AU‑ILO‑IOM‑GIZ Joint Labour Migration Programme, reporting, drafting policy briefs, organizing workshops, monitoring and evaluation.
   • Qualifications: Master’s degree with 2 years’ experience or Bachelor’s with 4 years.
   • Deadline: June 3, 2026
2. Senior Project Associate – MHPSS (Consultancy)
   • Location: Konso
   • Contract: Consultancy (up to 11 months)
   • Responsibilities: Support post‑Marburg virus mental health and psychosocial activities, project coordination, reporting, training, partner liaison.
   • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 4 years’ experience or diploma with 6 years.
   • Deadline: May 27, 2026
3. Project Assistant (Return)
   • Location: Addis Ababa
   • Contract: Fixed-term (12 months, renewable)
   • Responsibilities: Provide post‑arrival support to Ethiopian migrant returnees, clerical assistance, budget monitoring, organizing workshops, drafting reports, liaising with partners.
   • Qualifications: Diploma with 3 years’ experience or Bachelor’s with 1 year. Fluency in Amharic required.
   • Deadline: May 27, 2026
4. Programme Associate (Somali Speaker)
   • Location: Addis Ababa
   • Contract: Short-term graded (up to 9 months)
   • Responsibilities: Support Family Assistance Programme (FAP) for German family reunification visas, assist applicants, document checks, biometric data collection, case management, interpretation.
   • Qualifications: University degree with 3 years’ experience or diploma with 5 years. Fluency in English and Somali required.
   • Deadline: May 27, 2026
5. Senior Project Associate (IBG)
   • Location: Addis Ababa
   • Contract: Short-term graded (up to 9 months)
   • Responsibilities: Support Immigration and Border Governance (IBG) projects, focusing on border solutions, document verification systems, training, and institutional strengthening.
   • Qualifications: University degree with 4 years’ experience or diploma with 6 years. Fluency in English and Amharic required.
   • Deadline: May 25, 2026
6. Project Associate (IBG)
   • Location: Addis Ababa
   • Contract: Short-term graded (up to 9 months)
   • Responsibilities: Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support for IBG projects, including trainings, workshops, procurement, and field missions.
   • Qualifications: University degree with 2–3 years’ experience or diploma with 4 years. Fluency in English and Amharic required.
