This internship is part of the MOMENTUM Integrated Health Resilience (MIHR) project, which focuses on maternal, newborn, and child health, nutrition, and disease outbreak response in fragile and conflict‑affected settings.

Position Overview

The Training Data Officer Intern will support digital learning and training activities under the MIHR‑E project. The role involves managing training data, supporting eLearning platforms, and ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of capacity‑building efforts for health workers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support administration and maintenance of eLearning platforms.
• Assist with registration, enrolment, and uploading training content.
• Track learner progress and completion rates.
• Collect, clean, and maintain training data (attendance, performance, certification).
• Generate reports on training participation and outcomes.
• Support training events (virtual and in‑person).
• Liaise with regional teams to verify training data.
• Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with project standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, IT, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in data entry and data management.
• Skills:
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle).
  • Strong database management and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to regions across Ethiopia.
