1. Junior Accountant
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in import-related transactions and processes is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and Ethiopian tax laws.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High levels of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant accounting software.
2. Salesperson
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Level III/IV qualification in Automotive Technology, Auto Mechanics, Auto Electricity, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in automotive spare parts sales or a related field.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts, components, and their applications.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify and select appropriate spare parts using catalogues or relevant software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Competence in maintaining inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Marketing Personnel
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Digital marketing experience is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Competence in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to promote company products and services effectively.
- Knowledge of social media management and digital advertising campaigns.
- Creativity, initiative, and ability to identify new market opportunities.
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
