1. Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician
Number of Vacancies: 1
Work Location: Sululta
Educational Qualification:
- BSc in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering; OR
- TVET Diploma/Level IV in Electromechanical, Industrial Machine Drive, Mechatronics, Metal Fabrication, General Mechanics, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- BSc holders: At least 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Diploma holders: At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. Driver (Auto)
Number of Vacancies: 1
Work Location: Addis Ababa
Work Experience:
- At least 1 year of relevant driving experience.
3. Production Supervisor
Number of Vacancies: 1
Work Location: Sululta
Educational Qualification:
- BSc or TVET Diploma in Manufacturing, Economics, Accounting, Management, Biology, Industrial Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.
Work Experience:
- At least 1–3 years of experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing industries or related fields.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, supervision, or team leadership.
- Ability to monitor production systems and maintain production records.
- Experience preparing production reports and supervising operators.
- Ability to plan daily production activities and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
4. Budget and Control Officer

Work Location: Sululta
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in budgeting, financial control management, accounting, cost accounting, or financial reporting.
- A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in FMCG, beverage, water, plastic, or other manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including financial formulas.
- Experience using ERP or accounting systems.
- Knowledge of Peachtree/Sage.
- Ability to reconcile financial information across Finance, Production, Store, and Sales departments.
5. Storekeeper

Additional Requirements:
- Mandatory proficiency in Peachtree.
- Knowledge of ERCA taxes, proclamations, rules, and regulations.
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) training is preferred.
