1. Senior Training & Staff Development Officer

Education: BA in Human Resource Management, Management, or related field.

Experience: 4–6 years in microfinance industry.

Skills: Instructional design, facilitation, performance management, organizational development, project management, data analysis, and strong communication.

2. Senior Risk & Compliance Officer

Education: MSc/MBA/BA in Management, Economics, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 4–6 years, preferably in microfinance.

Skills: Risk management, investigation, report writing, integrity, confidentiality, and proficiency in MS Office.

3. Manager – Credit Service & Portfolio Division

Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Experience: 5–7 years (3–4 years in senior position, microfinance industry).

Skills: Credit appraisal, portfolio management, decision‑making, stakeholder relations, report writing, and digital finance knowledge.

4. Manager – Deposit Mobilization & Branch Operations Division

Education: MBA/MA/BA in Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Experience: 5–7 years (3–4 years in senior position, microfinance industry).

Skills: Leadership, coaching, teamwork, gender equality, ethics, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication.

5. Manager – Accounts Division

Education: MBA/MA/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA/ACCA certification is advantageous.
