Available Job Positions

1. Junior Internal Auditor

Location: Addis Ababa
Experience Level: Entry-level
Required Experience: No prior work experience

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Applicants must be graduates from 2025 or 2026.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

2. Key Account Sales Officer – Buna Pen & Buna Plate

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Experience: More than 3 years

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience and Skills

Applicants should have more than three years of experience in sales or key account management. Experience in manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred.

Relevant skills include:

  • Growing revenue from key accounts.
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Developing new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Preparing accurate sales forecasts.

3. HR Records and Archives Clerk

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Experience: At least 2 years

Educational Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Secretarial and Office Management, Management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

The role focuses on maintaining organized, accurate, and confidential human resources records and documents.

Applicants should have:

  • Experience in HR records management, document control, filing, and archiving.
  • Strong record-keeping and document organization skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of employee records.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage physical and electronic documents.

4. Head, Project Performance and Financial Auditor

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Experience: At least 10 years with a Master’s degree or 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree

Educational Requirements

  • Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree, in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Strong financial auditing experience is required for candidates with an Engineering background.
  • Professional audit certifications are highly desirable.

Experience and Expertise

Applicants must have progressive experience in areas such as:

  • Internal auditing and external auditing.
  • Project auditing.
  • Financial control.
  • Performance auditing.

Experience auditing large capital projects across diversified business portfolios is desirable, particularly in agriculture, farm operations, livestock development, construction, manufacturing, logistics, and export trading.

5. Senior Internal Auditor

Location: Addis Ababa
Required Experience: At least 7 years

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance.

Additional Experience

Applicants with experience in corporate businesses and farming industries will have an advantage.
