Sales Internship Opportunity in Addis Ababa
Maleda Foam and Plastic Manufacturing is recruiting 25 Salespersons for its internship program in Addis Ababa. This opportunity is intended for fresh graduates interested in building careers in sales, customer relations, and Ethiopia's manufacturing industry.
The internship provides practical exposure to sales activities, customer engagement, product knowledge, market development, and sales operations while working with experienced sales professionals.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- 0 years of work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Cumulative GPA above 2.5.
- Successful completion of the national exit exam.
- Graduation year: 2025/26 or later.
- Age: not more than 25 years.
- Ability to commit to the internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to sign the internship program agreement.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Prior training or certification in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
Internship Responsibilities
During the internship, selected candidates will:
- Support the sales team in customer engagement and relationship management.
- Learn and apply product knowledge related to foam mattresses and plastic products.
- Assist with identifying and following up on sales leads and market opportunities.
- Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities.
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets under the guidance of senior staff.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the supervising sales officer.
