Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
- Fresh graduates with 0 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
- Cumulative GPA above 2.5.
- Successful completion of the national exit exam.
- Graduation year of 2025/26 or later.
- Age not more than 25 years.
- Ability to commit to the internship for 3–6 months.
- Willingness to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to sign the internship program agreement.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- Previous training or certification in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will:
- Support customer engagement and relationship management.
- Develop product knowledge related to foam mattresses and plastic products.
- Assist in identifying and following up on sales leads and market opportunities.
- Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities.
- Contribute to individual and team sales targets under the guidance of senior staff.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervising sales officer.
