Medical Teams International (MTI) is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for a Logistics & Procurement Intern position in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The internship is open to eligible female graduates meeting the specified academic and graduation-year requirements.

Education and Eligibility

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum BA Degree in Logistics and Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or another related social science field from a recognized higher education institution.
• Applicants must be female graduates of 2017 or 2018 E.C.
• Minimum GPA of 3.7.
• No prior work experience is required.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Knowledge

• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resource Management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Skills

• Good judgment regarding confidentiality and handling sensitive materials.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong written and spoken Amharic and English language skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.

Abilities

Successful candidates should demonstrate the ability to:

• Act with integrity and ensure the security and appropriate use of organizational assets.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records.
• Support MTI Calling and adhere to the MTI Code of Conduct.
