Job Responsibilities

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for:

• Inspecting input materials used in card production.
• Checking product quality along production lines.
• Inspecting in-process products and identifying production errors.
• Checking product specifications, including thickness and adhesive quality.
• Inspecting finished and packaged products before delivery.
• Preparing quality reports and maintaining production records.
• Monitoring production losses and reporting issues that exceed allowable limits.
• Immediately reporting risks that may affect product quality.
• Following company quality, security, and operational procedures.
• Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
