1. Junior Political Parties Expert I
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (NEBE Headquarters)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: 3 years of relevant experience.
- Master's Degree: No prior work experience required.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of national and international legal frameworks governing political parties and elections.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Ability to prepare and maintain organized documentation.
- Research and report writing skills.
2. Political Parties Support Expert
Duty Station: Addis Ababa (NEBE Headquarters)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Master's Degree: 5 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree: 7 years of relevant experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Ethiopian and international legal frameworks governing political parties and elections.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution mechanisms.
- Research, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of Ethiopia's political context.
- Knowledge of the electoral cycle, election observation, and electoral assistance.
3. Political Parties Documentation and Analysis Expert

- Master's Degree: 5 years of relevant experience.

Educational Qualification
- Master's Degree or PhD in Law, Political Science, Human Rights, International Relations, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Master's Degree: 9 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
- PhD: 7 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of political systems, electoral processes, and political party affairs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Leadership and project management experience.
5. Head, Political Parties Affairs Department

6. Head of Human Resources Management (HRM) Department

Educational Qualification
- PhD, Master's Degree, or MBA in Human Resource and Organizational Development, Business Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
- PhD: At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
- Master's Degree or MBA: At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a leadership position.
