Purpose of the Position

The Sales Promoter will play a vital role in connecting farmers, agro‑dealers, and rural communities with Enza Zaden’s vegetable seed portfolio. This role focuses on demand creation, product awareness, and last‑mile farmer engagement through grassroots marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Products: Create awareness in villages, markets, agro‑dealer shops, and community events
• Engage Farmers: Conduct basic farmer engagement activities and support demo plots
• Strengthen Visibility: Distribute promotional materials and ensure product visibility in sales areas
• Market Insights: Capture observations and provide weekly activity reports
• Support Sales Team: Assist Sales Representatives with grassroots activation and farmer follow‑up

Qualifications

• Completed secondary school; diploma in Agriculture or Sales is an advantage
• Comfortable working in rural communities and engaging directly with farmers
• Good communication skills in local languages; English proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to ride a motorbike (valid license required)
• High energy, reliable, self‑motivated, and able to follow structured work plans
• Passion for agriculture, community work, and building strong relationships
• Willingness to travel daily within rural sales areas and support weekend/community events during peak seasons
