Nib Insurance Company invites qualified applicants for the following positions.

Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established by 658 shareholders with an authorized capital of Birr 50.0 million and a Paid-Up Capital of Birr 14.0 million in May 02, 2002 with 4 branches in Addis Ababa and a total staff size of not more than 50.

Currently, the paid up capital has reached to Birr 250 million and the number of shareholders increased to 1,014. NIC provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance Services to its clients.

Position 1: Surveyor I

• Education: BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in related fields
• Experience: 2 years experience as Junior Surveyor or in a similar position
• Job Grade: VI

Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of the probationary period.

Salary and benefit: Attractive and negotiable.

Place of Assignment: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Development Officer

• Education: BA Degree in Human Resource Management or Management or Public Administration or in related fields
• Experience: 6 years relevant experience, of which 4 years in Human Resource Officer II or Training Officer II or in a similar position
• Job Grade: IX

Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of the probationary period.

Salary and benefit: Attractive and negotiable.

Place of Assignment: Addis Ababa

Position 3: Motorist

• Education: 10th/12th Grade complete with valid  motor cycle driving license
• Experience: 2 years relevant experience
• Job Grade: II

Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of the probationary period.

Place of Assignment: Addis Ababa
