Tsehay Insurance S.C. (TISc) was established on March 28, 2012 by 105 shareholders, including prominent individuals and business organizations. The company is licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia (Proclamation No. 86/1994, License No. 017/12). TISc began operations with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million and paid‑up capital of Birr 11,480,000, exceeding the minimum requirement, and currently operates multiple branches in Addis Ababa and Bishoftu.

1. Share Management Officer II

• Qualification: BA/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

2. Secretary Cashier I

• Qualification: Technical School 10+4 Diploma in relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Location: Bishoftu Branch
• Salary & Benefits: As per company scale

3. Underwriting Officer II

• Qualification: BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in insurance
• Location: Bishoftu Branch
• Salary & Benefits: As per company scale

4. Branch Manager I

• Qualification: BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in insurance, including 2 years in senior positions
• Location: Bishoftu Branch
• Salary & Benefits: As per company scale
