Education: BA in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 1 year in digital banking business areas, dispute settlement, or related operations

Experience: 4/6 years relevant experience, including at least 2 years as Dispute Settlement Officer or equivalent role

Experience: 4/6 years in banking, with at least 2 years as Payment Card Support Officer or equivalent digital banking role

Experience: 5/7 years in banking, including at least 2 years as Business Manager, Operations Manager, Customer Service Manager, or equivalent core banking role
