About Nib International Bank

Nib International Bank S.C was established on May 26, 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Proclamation for Licensing and Supervision of Banking Business (Proclamation no. 84/1994). The Bank began operations on October 28, 1999 with 27 employees, entering the Ethiopian banking industry as the sixth private bank licensed in the country.

At its founding, Nib Bank had a paid-up capital of Birr 27.6 million and an authorized capital of Birr 150 million, raised from 717 shareholders. Since then, the Bank has grown significantly, offering a wide range of financial services and contributing to Ethiopia’s banking sector development.

Position 1: Senior Cyber Security Engineer and Testing Officer

Educational Qualification:

• MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, MIS, Cybersecurity, or related fields

Work Experience:

• 4/6 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years as a Cyber Security Engineer and Testing Officer or in a related position

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of penetration testing tools and frameworks
• Experience in vulnerability management platforms
• Understanding of system protection, OS hardening, and security controls
• Familiarity with endpoint protection, IDS/IPS, or PAM systems (advantage)
• Professional cybersecurity certifications highly desirable

Place of Work: Head Office

Position 2: Videographer and Photographer

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / TVET Level IV or TVET Level III Certificate in Videography, Photography, or related field

Work Experience:

• 7/9 years of relevant work experience
• At least 4/5 years as a Camera Person or Videographer
