Nib International Bank S.C would like to invite qualified and competent applicants for the following job positions in Ethiopia.

Nib International Bank (NIB) was established on 26 May 1999 under license no. LBB/007/99 in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ethiopia and the Banking Business Proclamation no. 84/1994. The Bank started operation on 28 October 1999 with 27 employees, becoming the sixth private bank in Ethiopia. 1. Junior Administrative Assistance

  • Education: B.A. Degree/Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management, Administrative Service Management or related fields.
  • Experience: 2/4 years relevant work experience.
  • Place of work: Head Office and District Office.

2. Associate Organizational Design and Development Officer

  • Education: B.A. in HR Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 3 years relevant work experience (2 years as Junior ODD Officer or equivalent).
  • Place of work: Head Office.

3. Organizational Design and Development Officer

  • Education: B.A. in HR Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4 years relevant work experience (2 years as Junior ODD Officer or equivalent).
  • Place of work: Head Office.

4. Branch Manager I

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4/6 years banking work experience (2 years in core banking management roles).
  • Place of work: Branches under Adama District.

5. Senior Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Environmental Science, Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 4/6 years in financial areas (1 year relevant ESG experience).
  • Place of work: Head Office.

6. Principal Capital Market and M&A Analyst

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/7 years in financial areas (2 years in financial modeling).
  • Place of work: Head Office.

7. Principal Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Analyst

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Environmental Science, Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/7 years in financial areas (2 years in ESG).

8. Principal, Market and Economic Research

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Finance, Banking & Finance, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience: 5/7 years relevant banking experience (2 years in senior research roles).

9. Manager, Property Valuation

  • Education: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8/10 years relevant experience (3 years supervisory).

10. Manager, Business Program (ESG)

  • Education: M.A./B.A. in Environmental Science, Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: 8/10 years in financial areas (3 years in ESG).
