Nisir Microfinance Institution S.C, established in 2014, is one of Ethiopia’s pioneering financial service providers focusing on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). With 7 branches and more than 10,000 clients, Nisir offers a range of credit and savings services supported by its Core Banking System.

The institution is expanding and invites qualified applicants to apply for the following positions.

1️⃣ Graduate Trainee – Legal Aid & Foreclosure

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Law
Experience: No prior experience required (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Duty Station: Head Office

2️⃣ Software Engineer

Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience (financial industry experience preferred)
Duty Station: Head Office

3️⃣ Senior Performance & Talent Development Officer

Qualification: BA in HR, Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience (financial industry experience preferred)
Duty Station: Head Office
Number Required: 1

4️⃣ Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Officer

Qualification: BA in HR, Management, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience (financial industry experience preferred)
Duty Station: Head Office

5️⃣ Senior Software Engineer

Qualification: BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Duty Station: Head Office

6️⃣ Senior IT Governance & Security Officer

Qualification: BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
Experience: Minimum 4 years relevant experience
Duty Station: Head Office

7️⃣ Manager – Talent Excellence & HR Business Partner

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 6 years of experience (including 2 years in managerial roles), OR
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related fields with 8 years of experience (including 3 years in managerial roles).
  Experience: Prior financial industry experience preferred
  Duty Station: Head Office
