Position: Spoken English Teacher

Role Summary

The Spoken English Teacher will deliver engaging, interactive English lessons to primary school students, helping them build fluency, confidence, and strong communication skills. The role requires creativity, adaptability, and a passion for shaping young learners.


Key Responsibilities

Inspire Through Teaching

  • Deliver interactive lessons using debates, role‑plays, presentations, and real‑life scenarios.
  • Integrate multimedia tools to improve pronunciation, intonation, and conversational skills.
  • Assess student progress through oral evaluations and provide personalized feedback.

Support Every Learner

  • Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
  • Identify individual learning needs and contribute to tailored support strategies.

Build a Positive Classroom Environment

  • Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning space.
  • Maintain consistent routines and expectations.
  • Track attendance and maintain accurate student records.

Required Qualifications

  • MSc/MA/BA/BSc in English or a related subject
    OR Bachelor’s Degree in Education with English specialization
  • PGDT (Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in primary education
  • Experience in international or high‑performing private schools is highly desirable
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to engage young learners through creative, interactive methods
  • Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and digital learning tools
  • Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
