Position: Test Day Delivery and Logistics Coordinator

Duty Station: Ethiopia

Role Purpose:
To ensure effective and efficient delivery of exams by managing venue supervisors, coordinating logistics, resolving issues, and acting as the point of contact for venues on test days. The role requires weekend work as part of contracted hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver successful test days in line with British Council processes.
  • Organize resources, monitor performance, and deploy engagement plans for venue staff.
  • Ensure secure handling and storage of exam materials.
  • Act as point of contact for customer enquiries and venue‑related issues.
  • Identify and resolve incidents such as complaints, resourcing, or technical challenges.
  • Manage risk and compliance, including contingency planning and safeguarding.
  • Provide structured reporting and lead test day review meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience (essential).
  • Post‑graduate qualification (desirable).

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in busy operational environments with high customer service standards.
  • Ability to monitor compliance, risk, and security standards.
  • Written and verbal proficiency in English required.
  • Experience in exams delivery or computer‑based exams (desirable).
