Plan International Ethiopia Vacancies (2026)

Position 1: Business Development Coordinator

  • Location: Addis Ababa (Country Office)
  • Type: Fixed‑term, full time | Grade: D1
  • Core focus: Lead proposal development (development, humanitarian, nexus, emergency); donor mapping; FAD/SPAD preparation; budgeting and cost‑recovery compliance.
  • Minimum experience: 5 years in resource mobilisation; ≥2 years in INGO proposal development.

Position 2: Grant Finance Manager (EU–INTPA)

  • Location: Addis Ababa (Country Office)
  • Type: Fixed‑term
  • Core focus: Oversee EU–INTPA grant financial management; consolidate consortium budgets and donor reports; manage liquidation of advances; maintain Grants Information System.
  • Minimum experience: ≥7 years in grant finance; ≥3 years in managerial role; strong SAP/ERP experience.

Position 3: Project Coordinator — Countering Harmful Practices (F4B Project)

  • Location: Bahir Dar (regional level)
  • Type: Project role (F4B 2026–2030)
  • Core focus: Regional coordination to prevent/respond to CEFM, FGM/C, teenage pregnancy, GBV; partner coordination, capacity building, and regional stakeholder engagement.
  • Minimum experience: ≥5 years in regional project management with SRHR/CP/GBV expertise.

Position 4: Finance Officer — BRAVE Project

  • Location: Chiro, West Hararge (Oromia Program Area)
  • Type: Full‑time, fixed term | Grade: C1
  • Core focus: Record programme financial transactions, manage tax commitments, support audits and reporting for BRAVE (Mullta Keenya) project; support emergency and development finance processes.
  • Minimum experience: ≥3 years in INGO finance; Languages: English, Amharic, Affan Oromo required.

Position 5: Project Manager — BRAVE Project

  • Location: Lalibela, Amhara Region
  • Type: Fixed‑term (until 31 Dec 2026) | Grade: D2
  • Core focus: Lead integrated WASH, food security & livelihoods programming; consortium and partner coordination; quality reporting and MEAL oversight.
  • Minimum experience: ≥7 years in humanitarian/development programme management in Ethiopia; ≥5 years in integrated WASH & FSL in Amhara.
