Available Positions

1. Education Manager – Metema, Amhara Region

  • Qualification: MA/MSc in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Planning & Management, Development Studies, Sociology, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in humanitarian/development program management with INGOs.
    • 5+ years in education projects (preferably Amhara Region).
    • Experience with refugees, returnees, IDPs, and host communities.
    • Knowledge of Education in Emergencies, WASH, Child Protection, CVA, and Safeguarding.
  • Skills: Budget management, advocacy, facilitation, mentoring, strategic planning.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Amharic; local languages desirable.
  • Contract: EU INTPA Project until May 2028.

2. Programme Insights Lead – Addis Ababa, Country Office

  • Qualification: Master’s in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Gender Studies, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in MERL, program quality, or data management (3+ years managerial).
    • Strong INGO experience, ideally in Ethiopia or fragile contexts.
    • Proven leadership in M&E/Quality teams, staff supervision, and capacity building.
    • Experience across thematic areas (Protection, SRH, Education, WASH, Health, Livelihoods).
  • Skills: Data analysis (Excel, SPSS, Power BI, DHIS2), evaluation methodologies, safeguarding, gender equality, excellent communication.
  • Contract: Fixed-term, full-time.
  • Reports to: Head of Programme Portfolio and Insight.
