Position: Senior Network Administrator
Responsibilities
- Design, setup, installation, and integration of networks compliant with PCI DSS and other security standards.
- Manage and administer ICT systems and network infrastructure.
- Implement policies, procedures, and process documentation for network infrastructure.
- Ensure high availability and performance of systems to meet customer expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor network support activities within OLAs/SLAs.
- Conduct network security, capacity planning, and business continuity measures.
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and migration of network systems.
- Research new infrastructure technologies and support product/service development.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring for team members.
- Prepare periodic reports and attend to incidents, interruptions, and malfunctions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration.
- Training in Cisco CCNA, CCNA Security, or equivalent.
- Experience in network design, implementation, security, internet protocols, and infrastructure management.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous.
