About the Role
Impact for Sustainability Consulting Service PLC is seeking an experienced Programme and Partnerships Manager to lead consulting assignments and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong project management, coordination, and relationship‑building skills within the international development and consulting sector.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Plan and oversee the implementation of consulting projects.
- Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, and technical experts.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
Partnership Development
- Support partnership growth and collaboration initiatives.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, partners, and consultants.
- Ensure smooth information sharing and reporting among stakeholders.
Project Development
- Identify new consulting opportunities aligned with organizational priorities.
- Contribute to project proposals and concept notes.
Reporting & Knowledge Management
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project deliverables.
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices for organizational learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proven experience in international development or consulting.
Essential Skills
- Programme management and problem‑solving expertise.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership management experience.
- Line management or team leadership background.
- Strong time management, adaptability, analytical, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
