1. HR Intern – Addis Ababa

• Department/Program: HR & Admin
• Reports to: HR Business Partner
• Career Level: Entry Level (Fresh Graduate)
• Duration: 5 Months
• Number of Positions: 1
• Remuneration: As per organization’s pay scale

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment coordination, scheduling interviews, and onboarding documentation
• Organize and maintain employee records (physical and digital)
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
• Prepare HR reports and support HR events and activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• 0–1 year of experience (HR internship experience is an advantage)
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Amharic & English

2. Specialist – WASH Engineer – Mekele

• Department/Program: WASH
• Reports to: PSI Area Office Lead (Operationally) & Technical Lead – WASH Engineer (Technically)
• Career Level: Senior (5–8 years)
• Duration: Indefinite (based on performance and budget availability)
• Number of Positions: 1
• Remuneration: As per organization’s pay scale

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering oversight for water supply and small‑scale irrigation construction and rehabilitation projects
• Review designs, specifications, bills of quantity, and construction standards
• Prepare takeoff sheets, payment certificates, and as‑built drawings
• Conduct site visits and supervise construction quality
• Organize review meetings with WASH teams and partners
• Provide corrective technical feedback and ensure sustainable community management

Qualifications:

• BSc/MSc in Water Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience with MSc or 6 years with BSc in water engineering
• Practical experience with AutoCAD and EPANET/WATERCAD (mandatory)
• Strong supervisory and stakeholder engagement experience
• Excellent technical quality assurance and documentation skills
• Fluency in English (Amharic proficiency is a plus)
• Experience in drought/conflict‑affected areas is an advantage
