Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical marketing within an import company

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical ability and market trend interpretation
• High creativity with excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media, and MS Office
• High integrity and professional ethics

2. Sales Officer

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Licensed Pharmacist)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical sales, specifically in the import sector

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

3. Technical Manager

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Licensed Pharmacist
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Technical Manager in a pharmaceutical import company

• Strong knowledge of EFDA guidelines and Ethiopian pharmaceutical import regulations
• Leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English
• High integrity and professional ethics

4. General Manager

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a General Manager in a pharmaceutical import company
• Experience working with regulatory authorities and international suppliers

• Strong leadership and team management
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and import procedures
• Strategic planning and decision‑making ability
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain systems
