Ramid Trading PLC was established in 2019 and is managed by six partners with experience in import, export, trading, and manufacturing.

The company is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Sales Person to promote its products, identify customer needs, develop customer relationships, and work toward assigned sales targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related position.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to persuade, negotiate, and close sales.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
• Honest, responsible, and professional.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Person will be responsible for:

• Promoting and selling company products to customers.
• Identifying new customers and business opportunities.
• Welcoming customers and providing professional assistance.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
• Explaining product features, prices, promotions, and benefits to customers.
• Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Following up with potential customers and converting leads into sales.
• Maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
• Handling customer questions and complaints professionally.
• Keeping the sales area clean, organized, and attractive.
