Compensation Structure

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Addis Ababa. The Real Estate Sales Agent will:

• Prospect and generate leads
• Conduct client meetings and property viewings
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with the sales team to meet targets
