Mon Real Estate is a leading real estate company engaged in the construction and sale of commercial shops and residential apartments. We are seeking qualified and experienced Real Estate Sales professionals to join our dynamic team.
Educational Qualification

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a real estate sales professional.
Key Responsibilities
-
Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance.

Conduct property viewings, open houses, and presentations to potential buyers or tenants.

Negotiate purchase agreements, rental contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients.

Prepare and maintain accurate property listings with up-to-date information and photos.

Research market trends, property values, and comparable listings to advise clients.

Maintain strong knowledge of legal requirements, documentation, and real estate regulations.

Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

Collaborate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: 20,000 Birr
-
Commission: 4% on sales
