Key Responsibilities

- Market Analysis: Perform Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to provide accurate pricing strategies and investment advice.
- Property Showcasing: Organize and lead property tours, open houses, and virtual walkthroughs.
- Deal Negotiation: Act as the intermediary between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms.
- Transaction Management: Coordinate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and legal counsel to ensure smooth closings.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
