We are now inviting qualified applicants to apply for the following position:
Position: Junior Operation Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day‑to‑day operations at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport
- Assist passengers and support smooth flight operations
- Manage email and phone communications with clients and vendors
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to deliver exceptional service
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel
- Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Remain calm and professional in demanding situations
- Work closely with colleagues to achieve operational targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Flight Dispatch, Aviation Management, or Ground Services Training
- Understanding of flight support, ground handling, and airport operations
- Experience in coordinating flight operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- 1–3 years of work experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Flexibility to work in shifts
