1. Digital Distribution MIS Specialist
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full‑time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or related roles
- Proficiency in MIS systems, databases, and data analysis tools
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, MySQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Compensation and Benefits Lead
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full‑time
Qualifications:
- Graduate in HR, Finance, or Business from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of compensation & benefits experience (postgraduate) or 7 years (bachelor’s)
- Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under pressure
- Advanced Excel and data analytics skills
- Experience in large organizations, telecoms, or FMCG industries preferred
3. Regional Acquisition Manager – Kombolcha
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full‑time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience in customer acquisition or sales roles
- Proficiency in sales tools for tracking and managing customer interactions
- Strong financial responsibility: achieving sales targets, managing acquisition budgets, and contributing to revenue growth
4. Regional Sales Manager – Dessie
Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales/trade execution in FMCG or telecom, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in commercial management and business development
- Knowledge of telecom products, services, and customer behavior
- Strong leadership, confidence, and ability to work under pressure
- Financial responsibility: driving sales revenue, budgeting, and forecasting
